Refund Policy

Eligible requests

We accept returns of qualifying new products for both defective and non-defective reasons, as well as exchange requests. Choosing the wrong item, changing your mind or preferring something else can be a non-defective reason. Such merchandise must be unused, unaltered and complete with original packaging, tags and accessories. We also address damaged, faulty, mis-shipped, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods.

Start within 30 days

Email okekeonyedika795@gmail.com no later than 30 days after delivery with the order number, checkout email and explanation. A damage, defect, wrong-item or missing-parts claim may require product and parcel photos or video. Wait for authorization before sending anything back.

Returning by mail

Eligible approved returns use the free prepaid label packed with the shipment. If it cannot be found, contact us. Follow the authorized destination instructions rather than mailing to the correspondence address. No restocking fee applies. Exchanges can be completed only when stock is available.

Credit timing

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The issuer may need more time to display the credit. Applicable legal protections remain in force.
