Two timing periods

Payment-authorized purchases generally require 1–2 business days to process. After dispatch, the expected transportation period is 4–6 business days. Neither period is an arrival guarantee; holidays, severe weather, service interruptions and destination rules can affect timing.

Please verify the delivery address, email and phone before checkout. Tracking information is sent after carrier issuance, while some destinations may have limited service.

When a parcel has a problem

Write to okekeonyedika795@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking code when tracking stalls, a parcel is missing, delivery is disputed or the package arrives damaged. Images may be helpful, and carrier research can delay resolution.
